Dr. C.V. Raman University, established as Chhattisgarh's first private university in November 2006 and inaugurated in October 2007, spans 70 acres in the tribal region of Kota, District Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh. Governed by Niji Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam 2005, the university has evolved into a research and educational hub, offering diverse courses in engineering, management, arts, science, education, law, IT, and more.
